~~Shooting for the Moon~~

Well, was supposed to have soccer today at SRC, but in the end it got cancelled, hence I am here writing this post. Yes I would rather have my soccer, its such a sunny day.
I think the key to being happy is to have things to look forward to constantly. Like me, I had looked forward to soccer and was happy. =/
Thank heavens I got other stuff ahead of me, my teaching career, a day out with my child lang pals, a day out with jiali etc.
I try to be as optimistic as I can in life, life's too short to cry and be sad. I try to understand my emotions, the "why" question so as to find the solutions. I apply this analytical spirit to almost all the things I do and thats why I feel a certain measure of affinity with Descartes. I think this will allow us to know ourselves more, be more self aware of our short comings and in the end, allow us to be better ppl.

I love it when my hair gets wet.
I love it when the wind blows against me.
I love it when I see a beautiful sky.
I love Kettle's Dijon chips.
I love Subway's Parmesan Oregano and steak.
I love nice soccer shoes.
